1. Schedule a call with our formulators.

2. Receive a quote specifically for your project.
This is a free consultation where you get to meet your formulator, share your ideas, and ask questions.
3. Get started with a deposit and contract.
A 50% deposit gets the project kicked off.
4. Supplies are ordered.
Once your deposit has been received, raw materials will be ordered. When the raw materials have been received, your formulator will make your initial set of samples and ship them to you. You can expect to receive your first set of samples within 30-40 days of your deposit. Raw materials can take an average of 14-21 days to be received, depending on the formulation.
5. Sample Review
Your idea has now become a tangible product. Give it a try and then schedule a call with your formulator to review any tweaks that may be needed. Your formulator will implement the tweaks discussed and send a new set of samples to you. This step will be repeated until you are satisfied wit your custom formulation. Note: Most formulations will take 2-3 rounds of sample review.
6. Finalize your custom formulation.
Once you’re satisfied with your formulation, your final deposit is submitted. You will receive
your complete formulation, supplier lists, costing and other supporting documentation.
